CEO Istiak Mahmood sparked the initiative iNext in 2019. After several years as working as an IT consultant, he had firsthand experience with a flawed, ineffective industry. The consultancy industry today is burdened by multiple, unnecessary middlemen in the process of recruiting, workplace hierarchy separating consultants from longterm employees.
Our mission
With the intention of levelling the ground between employer and employee, iNext aims to erase the middleman of the recruiting process, giving the consultant larger autonomy and allowing them a more independent position. By offering our consultants a friendlier environment, we lay the foundation for successful collaboration with our clients.
